Jim Barbee
CEO and Board Chair
Jim brings over 25 years of distinguished experience from the Kansas City Missouri Police Department, where he retired after a long career dedicated to public safety. Following his service, Jim joined AMC Theatres as the Director of Corporate Security and Employment Compliance, a role he held for 13 years. His security expertise is enhanced by his training at the prestigious FBI National Academy and a portfolio of high-level consulting for notable clients, including Procter & Gamble, the Kansas City Royals, and Marvell Semiconductor.
Jim has also served as a member of the U.S. State Department’s Overseas Advisory Task Force, advising businesses on international security and risk management. His extensive background in law enforcement, corporate security, and global advisory roles makes him a valuable asset to Global Security Services, bringing unparalleled expertise in safeguarding organizations of all scales.
John Devino
President of Operations
John Devino, a retired NYPD Detective, has been a cornerstone of Global Security Services for over a decade. With his long-standing commitment to the company, John has played a pivotal role in shaping its operational success. As President of Operations, he oversees the day-to-day logistics of guard operations nationwide, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery to clients.
